Principle of dispenser

Our high-performance dispensers are classified into two types: circulation type and non-circulation type of which respective structures are shown below.

Principle of Gear Pump

The gear pump is of a constant capacity type that ensures a constant flow rate. Its structure is simple and pulse-less and ensures high-precise production.

Features
  • High dispensing precision
    The gear pump's high capacity-efficiency ensures a constant dispersing volume even when there are changes in pressure and viscosity. (Dispensing precision is supported by the gear pump's high processing precision of 3~5 microns.)
  • Long duration for use
    The gear lasts long for use by virtue of the carefully selected material used for and optimum heat treatment applied to it.
  • Wide range of applications
    Adaptable to a wide range of applications thanks to various type-lineups.

Principle of mixer
The mixer installed at the lower part mixes two-component material filled from the upper part.
Features
  • No need of seal replacement
    The disposable mixer is of a structure that has no mixing shaft seal.
  • Very light in weight
    Being only 3.5 kg, it can be easily mounted onto a robot.
