Features
- Dust is efficiently removed by neutralizing static electricity
charging on work pieces with ionized air. Once removed,
dust hardly sticks onto work pieces again.
- Dust is sucked and discharged by force. So, there is no
fear of dust scattering inside of the dust-removing chamber.
- Various dust-removing nozzles (for compressed air) are
prepared according to the kinds of materials to process.
They include a static electricity removing ion nozzle, adjustable
nozzle, driving nozzle, and so forth.
- As compressed air is used, running costs are considerably
low.
- It is possible to design and manufacture the system according
to the kinds of work pieces and operating conditions.
- The dust-removing chamber is made airtight and soundproof.
So, it leaks little air sound outside.
